The staff is super friendly and you can have a free co*cktail while being served. Great atmosphere. Tony did my nails…he did an amazing job. It’s been 2 weeks and they’re still looking good!

I’ve been going to Pinky’s for about a year. Chi Chi is the BEST! Everyone there is actually really good but Chi is my girl! Never disappoints and my nails have lasted 5+ weeks (was out of town and refused to go to anyone but my Chi Chi). Prices are very reasonable and atmosphere is relaxing. Love this place!

My husband took my 11 year old daughter to get her nails done for her bday. They quoted my husband $65 for what she wanted as she took a pic to show them. We requested Michael but he was busy and advised to go to his colleague. My daughter and husband both noticed the acrylic was a little messy and covering her cuticles, the lady said she would clean it up once done. When my daughter didn’t switch hands fast enough, the lady shouted at her to do so my husband was in the car at this point). Eventually my husband saw the progress and felt comfortable enough to go sit in the car. He did so and left my daughter with his credit card (he showed the staff his ID before walking out). Once the lady was done, she had acrylic all over all of my daughter cuticles and fingers, and they tried to charge her $85 until my daughter said no no no, you told my daddy $65. I was excited to go here as the reviews are good. Never again. Not for $65. I must admit, she did good in matching the picture. Were very happy with that.

Great experience here. Came here looking for an Anna, and I got another lady who was even better. She took time to understand client’s nail shape and wants. So far the best SNS manicure I’ve had in the longest while. Also didn’t feel like she rushed through the appointment. When one finger was a little off, they even fixed it with a smile.

The people were nice but I left with my nails a mess. They are so thick and gross looking. My mother also came with me for a pedicure and to get her nails done. She got her pedicure but then sat there for 2 hours and they never did her nails. After seeing mine she decided against it and we left.
