The iBlot 3 Western Blot Transfer System is a next-generation dry protein transfer device with ready-to-use consumables that delivers high performance and convenience. The iBlot 3 uses pre-assembled transfer stacks with transfer buffer incorporated into gel matrices, so there is no need to prepare transfer buffers and there is minimal post-transfer cleanup required. The short distance between electrodes, along with high field strength and current, reduces transfer time to as few as three minutes.

• Maximum productivity—two independently controlled stations allow two users to simultaneously transfer up to two midi or four mini gels
• Better transfer efficiency—as good or better transfer efficiency than wet tank or other rapid transfer methods

Western blot processing systems

iBind western systems

Two devices, one simple technology for western blot processing. The Invitrogen iBind Western Systems are simple, non-powered devices that automate many of the tedious, routine western blot processing steps. The original iBind Western Device accommodates the processing of one mini blot at a time, while the iBind Flex Western Device accommodates the processing of up to one midi blot, two mini blots, or up to six vertically cut strips. The entire immunoblotting process is complete in less than three hours, uses up to 80% less primary antibody than traditional methods, and because processing is automated, blot-to-blot consistency can be improved.

Bandmate automated western blot processor

Experience hands-free blot processing using your protocols with the Invitrogen Bandmate Automated Western Blot Processor. The Bandmate Automated Western Blot Processor is a programmable blot-rocking system that frees up time by automating the hands-on blocking, washing, and antibody incubation steps of western blot processing. Minimal effort is required to set up the device to process up to four mini blots or two midi blots.
