This is a very cozy and comfortable 21 m2 room in a relaxed WG
The radiator is very capable of bringing this room to a comfortable temperature.
Since I moved I made some changes in the room, like putting a led light on the wall because there is no ceiling lamp, if you want it I can leave it or I can take it with me.
I’m taking all the furniture with me, but I’m leaving to small pieces of furniture with cabinets, also a little carpet, curtains and a nice NY picture.

Der Heizkörper ist sehr fähig, diesen Raum auf eine angenehme Temperatur zu bringen.
Seit ich umgezogen bin, habe ich einige Änderungen im Zimmer vorgenommen, wie z. B. eine LED-Lampe an der Wand, weil es keine Deckenlampe gibt, wenn Sie es wollen, kann ich es verlassen oder ich kann es mit mir nehmen.
Ich nehme alle Möbel mit mir, aber ich lasse zu kleinen Möbelstücken mit Schränken, auch ein wenig Teppich, Vorhänge und ein schönes NY Bild.
The apartment is located at the edge of Malstatt, a very lively neighbourhood in Saabrücken.
Theres a bus stop (Malstatter Markt) at 2 minutes, and a tram stop (Cottbuser Platz) at 7 minutes walking from the apartment.
The 102 bus brings you to the university without transfers in about half an hour, or you can transfer at once at Hauptbahnhof for a 20 minute connection.
The HTW is also close by, just a 10 minute walk.
In addition, the Hauptbahnhof and city center are easy to reach, about 5 minutes by bus or tram. On average it's around 15 minutes total to get to Johanniskirche at the heart of the city center.
There's also plenty options for groceries. There's a nice Netto at 6 minutes walking, a Lidl at 8 minutes and an Aldi and Edeka at 15 minutes walking. In addition, there's also a lot of local stores for fresh produce in the main street.
Aside from this, there's also a lot of nice nature and leisure area nearby. The Bürgerpark is at 7 minutes walking, and you can get to the Saar river for a nice walk or run in about 5 minutes.
There's also a nice swimming pool with sauna complex and a forest at 8 minutes by bike/Tier scooter. There's also a good gym next to Hauptbahnhof which is easy to reach in 7 minutes and on the way to/from university.
In addition, the apartment is also relatively easy to reach by car, with a connection to the A620 autobahn nearby.

Die Wohnung befindet sich am Rande von Malstatt, einem sehr lebendigen Stadtteil von Saabrücken.
Eine Bushaltestelle (Malstatter Markt) ist 2 Minuten und eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Cottbuser Platz) 7 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt.
Die Buslinie 102 bringt Sie ohne Umsteigen in etwa einer halben Stunde zur Universität, oder Sie können gleich am Hauptbahnhof umsteigen und haben eine 20-minütige Verbindung.
Die HTW ist ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe, nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Außerdem sind der Hauptbahnhof und das Stadtzentrum leicht zu erreichen, etwa 5 Minuten mit dem Bus oder der Straßenbahn. Bis zur Johanniskirche im Herzen der Innenstadt braucht man im Durchschnitt etwa 15 Minuten.
Es gibt auch viele Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen. Es gibt einen netten Netto in 6 Minuten, einen Lidl in 8 Minuten und einen Aldi und Edeka in 15 Minuten. Außerdem gibt es in der Hauptstraße eine Reihe von lokalen Geschäften für frische Produkte.
Darüber hinaus gibt es in der Nähe viele schöne Natur- und Freizeitgebiete. Der Bürgerpark ist nur 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und die Saar kann man in 5 Minuten erreichen, um dort zu spazieren oder zu laufen.
Es gibt auch ein schönes Schwimmbad mit Saunalandschaft und einen Wald in 8 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad/Tierscooter. Es gibt auch ein gutes Fitnessstudio neben dem Hauptbahnhof, das in 7 Minuten zu erreichen ist und auf dem Weg zur/von der Universität liegt.
Darüber hinaus ist die Wohnung auch relativ leicht mit dem Auto zu erreichen, mit einem Anschluss an die Autobahn A620 in der Nähe.
The balcony is really nice to have, especially in the summer. You can put the kitchen table outside and hold a BBQ with your friends or housemates, or use it a place to work when the weather is nice. Best part? the BBQ is already included 😀
You'll have two future housmates: Nick and Venkey. They're both social people who are always up for a chat in the kitchen.
Nick is 22 years old and he's from Wiesbaden here in Germany. He speaks German and English and he's studying Engineering at the HTW. He's around the apartment a bit less often, as he usually goes back home for the weekend. However, when he is around, he's always up for a chat too and you'll find that he's a wonderfully interesting person with some fun, crazy stories.
Venkey is 24 years old and he is from India. He speaks English and other languages. He is studying computer science at the University of Saarland. He stays more in the apartment, but he is really social and calm. He really enjoys to cook and he’s really good at it. There both really nice roommates
We didn't really have a cleaning plan while I lived here with them, but we've never really had any problems surrounding that.
I have been living here for 3 years and I know Nick from 3 years, and Venkey for 6 months so I can tell you it was a good experience

Du wirst zwei zukünftige Mitbewohner haben: Nick und Venkey. Sie sind beide gesellige Menschen, die immer für einen Plausch in der Küche zu haben sind.
Nick ist 22 Jahre alt und kommt aus Wiesbaden hier in Deutschland. Er spricht Deutsch und Englisch und studiert Ingenieurwesen an der HTW. Er ist etwas seltener in der Wohnung, da er am Wochenende meist nach Hause fährt. Aber wenn er da ist, ist er immer für ein Gespräch zu haben, und du wirst feststellen, dass er ein sehr interessanter Mensch mit einigen lustigen und verrückten Geschichten ist.
Venkey ist 24 Jahre alt und kommt aus Indien. Er spricht Englisch und andere Sprachen. Er studiert Computerwissenschaften an der Universität des Saarlandes. Er hält sich mehr in der Wohnung auf, aber er ist sehr sozial und ruhig. Er kocht sehr gerne und ist sehr gut darin. Es sind beides sehr nette Mitbewohner.
Wir hatten nicht wirklich einen Putzplan, als ich hier mit ihnen wohnte, aber wir hatten nie wirklich Probleme damit.
Ich wohne hier seit 3 Jahren und kenne Nick seit 3 Jahren und Venkey seit 6 Monaten, also kann ich sagen, dass es eine gute Erfahrung war.
