From humble beginnings the Group is now recognised as one of the largest privately owned businesses in Zimbabwe with 40 branches country-wide and over 1,500 members of staff. It is currently managed by the family’s 4th generation, all of whom were born and live in Zimbabwe. The Group’s 36 branches are located in every province of Zimbabwe and are in most major urban centres as well as many rural growth points.

Mike Yeatman
Director
Mike Yeatman joined the N. Richards Group in 2013. His main focus the procurement of Wholesale stock, and management of supplier relationships, trading terms and marketing. He is a keen supporter of the Buy Zimbabwe Campaign. Mike says he loves the N. Richards brand and is inspired every day by working with the team of champions that make up the N. Richards Staff. His goal is to keep N. Richards as the leading Wholesaler in the Zimbabwean Market.
Archie Dongo
Regional Director (North)
Archie has been with the Group for over 18 years. He leads a team that has developed new markets growing Northern Region from one branch, 10 years ago, to eighteen today. Archie has a passion for Private Sector led Economic Development, and is active in business community leadership, serving as a current Buy Zimbabwe Board Member, Vice Chair of the Zimbabwe Japan Friendship Association as well as ZNCC Immediate Past Vice President for Mashonaland Region.
Andrew Chekani
Regional Director (South)
Andrew has been Operations Director in the Southern Region since 2013 and is a member of the Board of Directors, however he has been with the N. Richards Group for 20 years. He has a wealth of experience in the Retail Industry which is invaluable. He also sits on various boards of key institutions in the country. Andrew and his Team have their major focus on Customer Satisfaction.
Neli Ketcherova-Boynova
Finance Director
Neli Ketcherova-Boynova joined the N. Richards Group in 2005, and worked her way up to become Director of Accounting & Finance in 2015.She is a highly experienced professional who has vast knowledge in the Wholesale Industry. As a Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA UK) who holds a BSc in Industrial Economics (Varna, Bulgaria), she is highly skilled in Financial Accounting, Corporate Reporting and Financial Management.Neli has been an integral part of N. Richards expansion over the past 16 years, and oversees all of the Group Accounting Departments. Neli is married to Boris and has two children. She loves travel, good food and great movies.
Allen Mabuto
Group Hardware Manager
Allen Kuzvitonga Mabuto heads up the hardware procurement in his current role. Following in his father’s footsteps, Allen is proud to be identified as “2nd Generation” with N. Richards. He joined the group in 2002 as Assistant Manager and in 2004 helped pioneer the opening of the first Harare branch in Graniteside, where he remained Wholesale Manager until 2007. Spreading his wings, he left the Group for a period, moving to South Africa, but returned to Zimbabwe and rejoined N. Richards in 2019.Allen is inspired by his wife and 2 children who constantly challenge him to be the best at anything he does. He loves listening to music, talk radio and taking long walks during his free time.
